How do I know the room is actually available?

We work with hotels to provide real-time availability.

Are you seeing rooms that I cannot see online?

Yes — especially during high-demand times like concerts or conventions. When inventory is tight, hotel availability can change by the minute. Some booking sites may freeze, glitch, or simply not show last-minute openings. We work monitor real-time availability, so we’re often able to access rooms that aren't visible to the public — and get you booked fast.

What if I have a problem after booking?

In the itinerary we email to you there will be a 24/7 customer service number you can call for assistance. No matter the time, help is just a phone call away.

I tried calling the hotel, why isn't anyone answering?

They’re likely busy. During high-demand periods, front desk staff may step away to assist in-person guests or be short-staffed due to callouts. If you can’t get through, don’t worry — you can continue trying, or let us handle it and book your room directly for you.

I'm at the hotel and no one is at the front desk — what should I do?

Sometimes staff may need to step away briefly to assist other guests or handle tasks behind the scenes. Give them a few minutes, or try calling the hotel’s main number — someone will usually respond quickly. If you still need help, you can reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Why does the price change when I try to book online?

Hotels operate a lot like airlines — they only offer a limited number of rooms at each price point. Once those sell out, the rate usually increases. On top of that, different booking sites update at different times, so you might see a price that’s no longer available. When you book through us, you get real-time availability at the most current rate.

What hotel brands do you work with?

We work with virtually every hotel, motel, and inn across the U.S. From major national brands to locally owned properties, we have access to a wide range of options. There are very few places we can’t book. From Marriott to Super 8 we got you covered.
